OVEN COOKING BREAD

It really exists at CASA DE SANTO ANTONIO DE BRITIANDE and it is possible to taste some special things cooked on it. Roasted tomatoes with fine herbs, tasty meat, the traditional "bôla" for example.Everything produced at our Region, selected and prepared with care. Good red wines to taste together, but slow...slow...because the Oven needs to be hot !
